In 2022, insightsoftware partnered with Momentum to help to fill critical roles on their team while intentionally driving racial diversity and gender balance for their software engineering organization. insightsoftware engaged Momentum as a program partner to fill open entry-level roles on their team through Momentum’s “Source, Train, Hire” program. Through this program, the company was able to identify and train high-potential candidates that met the specific hiring criteria with guidance from Momentum.
