With our announcement of the launch of Momentum Learning, Inc., I would like to share with you the reason this venture is personally exciting to me. I’m invested in building Momentum because I believe this is a truly exciting time to be alive and have an impact.

We are standing in a unique time in history with the digital age very quickly and dramatically shifting the way we live and work. For the first time in history, we have four generations working together and competing for jobs. With Baby Boomers delaying retirement and Generation Z only a few years away from entering the workforce, the workforce has never been this multi-generational or diverse. As a result, the pursuit of lifelong learning and the ability to career shift has never been more important or exciting.

It's been a personal dream of mine to one day start an organization that would shape the next generation of education. I believe the challenges of the fast and ever-growing tech industry have presented us with a unique opportunity to create education models that meet the needs of tomorrow and address the reality that education is a lifelong pursuit. This is no longer a world where the majority of us will have one degree (or a degree at all) and be ready for a life-long career. We’ll have many vocations throughout our lifetime.

I believe that everyone has the ability to learn and at any stage of life. I hope all of our students find their strengths and celebrate their unique perspectives. I believe in the power of a multi-generational and diverse classroom.

Momentum is about creating an environment for people to take ownership of their career and educational goals. It’s never too early or too late to learn a new skill, boost or shift your career and reboot your journey in life.

I believe that knowledge doesn’t have a finish line, and I want to help people gain Momentum, no matter where they are along their path.
